We provide a detailed size chart for every shoe style. We also recommend measuring your foot and comparing it with our chart before ordering.

Yes. If your shoes don’t fit or you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange them within 2 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Read our return policy here.

Orders are processed within 24 hours for customers living around Nairobi and delivered within 2–3 business days for customers living outside Nairobi.
