Returns & Refunds

At Barefoot Shoes Kenya, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Original receipt/proof of purchase is required (no exceptions).
  • Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags/labels attached).
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or defective barefoot shoes unless they arrived damaged or were incorrectly shipped by us.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items without a valid receipt.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or altered condition.
  • Custom orders or sale items (unless defective).

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact Us: Email hello@barefootshoeskenya.co.ke within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item(s) in original condition.
  • Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility.
  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

4. REFUND PROCESS

Approved returns: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Original payment method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, credit card).

Exchanges: Subject to availability. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement/refund.
